After working with several Shopify agencies with mixed results, Aquateq and NozzTeq approached Iggy Agency to take control of an increasingly complex tech stack. Their Shopify setup had grown difficult to manage, with duplicated work across stores, inconsistent product data, and a lack of scalability across key markets. The challenge was clear: simplify operations, align international storefronts, and build a foundation for long-term growth.
Idea
We started by designing and implementing a multi-store solution, where one store acts as the master for all PIM work. Through integrations between stores, we enabled automated syncing of product data and metafields, including unit conversions from EU to US standards, and region-based catalog control. To guide users to the correct storefront, we built an advanced geo-location redirect system that dynamically routes visitors based on their location—ensuring they see the right market, products, and contact details. Once automation and backend infrastructure were in place, we migrated the storefronts from a legacy custom theme to a modern Shopify Online Store 2.0 theme, optimized for speed, usability, and flexibility.
Impact
The result is a fast, scalable, and user-friendly multi-store setup with improved workflows, technical SEO, and accessibility. Each market now runs efficiently on a shared product backbone, with accurate content and optimized performance—measured by a significant increase in Google PSI scores. With a stable structure and mobile-first experience, Aquateq and NozzTeq are now set up for continued international growth.
