Start time depends on the plan. Support plans start within two to four business days, Advanced and Plus plans within one to two business days. We begin with an onboarding session to understand your current setup, priorities, and goals. From there we configure your Monday.com board, align on a roadmap, and set a cadence for check-ins based on your plan, quarterly for Support, monthly for Advanced, and weekly for Plus.

All tasks and requests are managed through a dedicated Monday.com board we set up for you at onboarding. You submit requests directly in the board, track progress, and receive updates there. It functions as a shared workspace between your team and ours, giving you full visibility into what is being worked on and what is coming next.
