Eldstad, a Swedish retailer in the premium fireplace segment, was already on Shopify but needed expert help to expand and optimise their B2B offering. They wanted to give their resellers a tailored experience—complete with login access, unique pricing, quick order tools, a media bank, and product documentation. At the same time, they aimed to strengthen their B2C business and improve how customers locate resellers and showroom availability across Sweden.
Idea
We built a blended Shopify storefront, allowing Eldstad to manage both B2C and B2B sales from a single, unified environment. For B2B customers, we developed a login-protected area featuring personalised assortments, custom pricing, and access to manuals, product images, and CAD files—all in one place. To support the physical sales channel, we also implemented a geo-based store locator showing nearby resellers and which products are available to view in each showroom—bridging the gap between online and offline buying behaviour for high-involvement products.
Impact
Eldstad now operates with a streamlined, professional setup where both private customers and resellers are served through the same platform—each with a tailored experience. The B2B functionality has improved efficiency and customer satisfaction, while the advanced store locator supports showroom-driven product discovery. With a clear structure and scalable foundation in place, Eldstad is well-positioned to grow both digitally and through its physical reseller network.
