Timi of Sweden, a growing Swedish brand in fashion jewellery and gifts, had reached a point where their tech stack and store setup no longer supported their ambitions. With separate storefronts for DTC and B2B, overlapping tools, and fragmented data, internal efficiency suffered. At the same time, they needed a partner to act as an extension of their team—supporting both strategic decisions and hands-on execution as the brand scaled.
Idea
We established an Ongoing Shopify Management setup tailored to Timi’s needs. The first step was a full cleanup of legacy apps and tools, followed by a B2B gap analysis and an upgrade to Shopify Plus to consolidate their DTC and B2B sales into a single, powerful storefront. We also led the setup of personalisation tools using Nosto, enhancing on-site relevance and customer experience. To improve tracking and performance insights, we implemented server-side revenue tracking via Littledata—consolidating all key metrics into GA4 and Looker Studio dashboards for better decision-making.
