From the first point of contact, our client approached us at Iggy Agency with a clear objective: upgrade from their previous Debut theme to Shopify 2.0, leveraging the powerful capabilities of Online Store 2.0. Additionally, the client wanted to refresh the brand's look and feel, enhance site speed, and improve performance to boost conversion rates.

Through thorough discussions with the client, we identified a suitable theme based on their specifications, ensuring it included all the desired features. Our approach focused on enhancing on-page SEO, usability, and performance. We aimed for a top-tier result on Google PSI, achieving scores of 90 for performance, 94 for accessibility, 100 for best practices, and 100 for SEO. These improvements marked a significant upgrade from the client's previous storefront.

The project timeline was efficiently managed, taking only five working days from start to finish, thanks to our dedicated team at Iggy. Collaboration was seamless through our project management tool Monday, and communication was maintained via Slack and email. The outcome was a satisfied client, a visually appealing new e-commerce store, and an influx of new customers, all contributing to the project's success.
