We use a combination of tools to ensure smooth communication. You’ll primarily use the dashboard in Monday, our project management tool, which functions like a ticketing system for submitting requests, tracking progress, and receiving updates. For other communication, we mainly use email, which allows you to easily share ideas, ask questions, and get feedback from our team.
The start date depends on the plan you choose, but we aim to begin work within 1-4 business days of your signing of the contract. We start with an initial meeting to understand your current situation, goals, and objectives. During this meeting, we’ll explain our process, onboard you with the details, and set up your dashboard in Monday.com. We’ll also discuss roadmapping, strategy, and schedule regular check-ins based on your plan—monthly or weekly.
